• All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.
• Service packages are non-refundable, non-returnable, non-transferable to third parties, and cannot be exchanged for other services offered by the spa.
• For service packages, if a client does not show up for their appointment and fails to cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance, the session will be considered redeemed.
• A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Otherwise, the deposit will be forfeited.
• Eden Body Spa reserves the right to refuse, modify, or discontinue service when necessary for the safety, well-being, or due to violation of spa policies.
